经检索，截至11月30日，2020年1-11月以南京农业大学为通讯作者单位被SCI收录的学术论文1850篇，平均影响因子3.70。其中资环院213篇，食品院213篇，动科院205篇，动医院197篇，园艺院190篇，植保院183篇，农学院172篇，生科院122篇，工学院81篇，理学院75篇，人工智能学院54篇，草业学院38篇，渔业学院37篇，经管院28篇，信管院13篇，公管院11篇，交叉研究院7篇，金融院3篇，人文院3篇，外语院2篇，亚洲农业研究中心2篇，校医院1篇。

为保障学校与师生权益，请在论文投稿时注意以下事项：（1）论文通讯作者地址中必须出现“南京农业大学”，请勿仅仅署名重点实验室、工程中心、协同创新中心、卫岗1号，童卫路6号或者浦口点将台等；（2）若需同时署多个机构名称时，原则上按第一单位为南京农业大学、第二单位为国家级科研基地、第三单位为部省级科研基地、第四单位为南京农业大学内设科研机构进行排序。
