经检索，截至12月31日，2021年1-12月以南京农业大学为通讯作者单位被SCI收录的学术论文2146篇，平均影响因子5.28。其中资环院260篇，食品院250篇，动医院224篇，农学院214篇，园艺院202篇，植保院199篇，生科院181篇，动科院176篇，理学院111篇，工学院75篇，渔业学院73篇，草业学院48篇，人工智能学院45篇，经管院29篇，公管院20篇，信管院16篇，金融院7篇，前沿院6篇，人文院5篇，马院2篇，体育部1篇，浦口校区管委会1篇，亚洲农业研究中心1篇。

为保障学校与师生权益，请在论文投稿时注意以下事项：（1）论文通讯作者地址中必须出现“南京农业大学”，请勿仅仅署名重点实验室、工程中心、协同创新中心、卫岗1号，童卫路6号或者浦口点将台等；（2）若需同时署多个机构名称时，原则上按第一单位为南京农业大学、第二单位为国家级科研基地、第三单位为部省级科研基地、第四单位为南京农业大学内设科研机构进行排序。
