经检索，截至2月28日，2018年1-2月以南京农业大学为通讯作者单位被SCI收录的学术论文249篇，平均影响因子3.33。其中食品院38篇，资环院36篇，农学院28篇，动科院28篇，植保院22篇，动医院22篇，园艺院22篇，生科院19篇，工学院10篇，渔业学院9篇，理学院8篇，草业学院3篇，经管院2篇，公管院1篇，信息院1篇。

2017年以南京农业大学为通讯作者单位被SCI收录的学术论文1670篇，较上年同期增长7.26%，平均影响因子3.23。其中动医院194篇，植保院192篇，食品院186篇，农学院184篇，动科院182篇，资环院177篇，园艺院160篇，生科院146篇，工学院74篇，理学院64篇，渔业学院45篇，草业学院37篇，经管院14篇，公管院11篇，信息院4篇。

为保障学校与师生权益，请在论文投稿时注意以下事项：（1）论文通讯作者地址中必须出现“南京农业大学”，请勿仅仅署名重点实验室、工程中心、协同创新中心、卫岗1号，童卫路6号或者浦口点将台等；（2）若需同时署多个机构名称时，原则上按第一单位为南京农业大学、第二单位为国家级科研基地、第三单位为部省级科研基地、第四单位为南京农业大学内设科研机构进行排序。
