经检索，截至8月31日，2021年1-8月以南京农业大学为通讯作者单位被SCI收录的学术论文1379篇，平均影响因子4.11。其中资环院185篇，食品院156篇，动医院154篇，植保院127篇，农学院124篇，园艺院123篇，动科院119篇，生科院115篇，理学院72篇，工学院52篇，渔业学院45篇，人工智能学院26篇，经管院23篇，草业学院22篇，公管院12篇，信管院8篇，金融院6篇，人文院4篇，交叉研究院4篇，马院1篇，亚洲农业研究中心1篇。

为保障学校与师生权益，请在论文投稿时注意以下事项：（1）论文通讯作者地址中必须出现“南京农业大学”，请勿仅仅署名重点实验室、工程中心、协同创新中心、卫岗1号，童卫路6号或者浦口点将台等；（2）若需同时署多个机构名称时，原则上按第一单位为南京农业大学、第二单位为国家级科研基地、第三单位为部省级科研基地、第四单位为南京农业大学内设科研机构进行排序。
